Usability tests with 5 target group representatives
The biggest challenge was helping users clearly understand which services are available at which hospital, since not all facilities provide the same offerings.
We went through long meetings and workshops with the client, to reach best site structure, logic and information architecture. I also conducted Usability Tests with target group representatives using the wireframe prototype with main user flows.
UI Design
For User Interface, I had the pleasure to implement Elora branding first time in such a large scale - I created twhole UI style and elements. My goal was to make it calming, easy to use and to understand for older age groups in mind.At the same time when we were figuring out the challenges with different target groups, I needed to design for the future: Elora has ambitious plans for growth. To address this, we created a modular, scalable system that is both intuitive for users and flexible for long-term expansion.
